"The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

Drinks and cocktails at the bar were great and the cosy entrance seating was a lovely socialable place. A fantastic place to stay in Malmo."
