"Great location, breakfast Buffett was good. We stayed three nights. Staff at check in were great, although they did not offer upgrade for being platinum member with Expedia. Housekeeping did not do a great job and missed to clean our room for one of the nights. Alex at front desk was very kind and changed our room and offered an upgrade. We really appreciated this. We were able to get 2 hours late check out which was very much appreciated. Bar staff at night were super helpful and provided us...
