"The hotel was very close to the centre of Tam Coc, but on a quiet side street. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the Della Luna. We stayed 3 nights. "

"The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it wasn’t cold. At 9pm we had to ask for a fan and for them to look at the air conditioner. We had to wait downstairs for an hour. The fan helped but the ac wasn’t fixed. The bathroom leaked water into the room and if you had to use the toilet you walked through a wet bathroom floor from the shower and the blocked bathroom drain. Walking from the wet bathroom floor back into the bedroom with wet feet was dangerous"

"Staff at this hotel are very nice and welcoming. Location is also perfect for exploring. Close to Tam Coc and surrounding attractions. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely felt like a luxury staying here and it’s very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel. So enjoyable we decided to extend our stay. "
