If you happent to come to this branch and going to the dining area around night time, be sure to say hello to Sergio. Great guy, great chat and very hospitable! "We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

"The check in is very inconvenient. You have to go to the agency office that is not close to the apartment. When traveling with luggage it is a nightmare as you have to go to the office first and take another tube to go to the apartment. The furniture was basic and very different than what the pictures shown in the website."

"The booking was made approximately 6 months in advance. We were required to change appartments midway yhrough our stay and were told it was due to renovations. However noted that new travellers moved into that apartment. We were inconvenienced and lied to and when we tried to raise concerns the fenale we dealt with was highly rude. Don't stay here!"
