"Photos on Expedia and other reviews were quite misleading for this property. The room was in pretty rough shape when we arrived( tape on. The wall covering a crack, missing tile on the bathroom wall and the shower didn't drain properly causing the bathroom floor to flood everytime)
We reporothe shower to the front desk twice and all they said was we will let the cleaning staff know. No effort to fix the problem just to clean up the water.
The king bed was two twins pushed together (which is...
"My stay at Aira was excellent. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable. The food in the restaurant upstairs was delicious and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the spa. Highly recommend!"
"We stayed only one night at Proverb Hotel Hanoi and it was a very lovely experience. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and very walkable from most areas. The staff were lovely and the view from breakfast and the bar were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but there were some families enjoying the facilities when we went to go have a look. The staff were helpful and very happy to hold our luggage as our flight was later in the day. Everything was...

The hotel’s location is excellent, with many...
"Amazing stay with yummy food and great spacious room. The staff made it even better, especially Hannah, who was very attentive and helped plan us breakfast when we had an early departure. Would recommend very much!!"
"I will start with the staff that was very helpful in fixing the air conditioner that was not working. He got us a technician and also gave us a table fan to help the situation .
Now let us come to the room. The room in the description had a bathroom with marble sink but the sink was not even in the bathroom, it was outside the bathroom so literally in the room. And once you use the basin the water starts spilling in the room which is so small. The latch of the bathroom door was broken. Plus...
