"I stayed here one night before boarding an international flight in the morning. I wasn't sure of the time I would be arriving but it was potentially later in the evening, past 9 or 10 p.m. I tried contacting the hotel several times in the 24 hours before my arrival by phone, email message, etc, and I received no answered phone calls or messages. Nothing. Fortunately I was able to arrive around 7:30 p.m. and asked, upon arrival, why I was unable to make any contact with them regarding my arrival. Their only explanation was that perhaps their phones were busy (I called at least 10 times in the previous 24 hours), and no reply on why no one responded to my email messages. With that, they upgraded my room, which was nice, for the 10 hours I stayed for a quick rest before leaving early in the morning. Despite all of that, I would stay again. The location was about a 15 minute shuttle to the airport (for a fee) and even had a McDonalds attached to it if a quick bite or drink was needed. Also, there were mixed messages on the hotel's location -- It is NOT attached to the airport, as some reviews say it is. You will need to find the shuttle service and then expect a 15-20 minute ride. Not bad, but not what I expected. Just FYI"

"The property advertised a pool and work out gym but didn’t mention it cost $ 30 a day for the pool and the gym. I thought that was very deceptive thank god for the mall next door. But it was clean and the staff was very helpful."

"the 2 bedroom apartment is big enough for 6ppl but it is not shown on their booking. Thus, we booked 2 room for 4 of us. What a waste of money"
