"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes."

"séjour parfait concept vraiment bien juste une petite remarque. Le hall d'entrée est squatté en fin de journée par les activités des enfants et donc vraiment bruyant et par conséquent réduit la qualité perçue de cette résidence qui à mon sens est une très belle réalisation. Le SPA est également parfait nous avons testé les massages la prestation était très bonne."

"Nice quality accommodation that is in good condition. The pool was a bonus, but charging an extra 20 euros for the sauna and steam room is petty. On check out we were charged 80 euros to clean the apartment, which is excessive as the room clearly hadn't been overly well cleaned before we arrived. At best, each apartment would take a maximum of 1 hour to clean properly, which doesn't occur, so 80 euros is simply profiteering."

A nice discovery
"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !"
