"Seda Hotel in Vertis North has gone to hell. The whole buidling is too hot, the rooms are too hot. The AC has not working properly. The elevators are nasty. I dont feel as home anymore. I believe the whole facility needs to be updated and keep up with the age."

"The staff are very polite and helpful, however, whoever owns this hotel needs to update it completely. It is dated , visually aging. The options for dining are limited only one all day dining and one ala carte that only open at certain times. Food ordered has to be paid and cannot be charged to the room, this is a very dated procedure and not convenient to travellers. The room we had overlooked a wall , thus giving limited light , this was not made clear when booking. We did not complain as we...
