The dining room was very nice. The area is suffering an extreme multi year drought, which is causing dire consequences for animals and the landscape, both here and in Kreuger."

"The game lodge provides a great lion, cheetah and elephant experience as these are easier for the rangers to find due to telemetry. Leopard and Rhino can be fairly elusive and you can very likely leave not experiencing the big 5 as was the case in my instance. The accommodation is very clean however not as modern as expected. Staff are fairly friendly and accommodating. The lodge is fairly well situated to get to the Kruger National Park as well as, God's Window and Potholes. "

"Bushbaby River Lodge was a great, quiet, peaceful play to stay in Hoedspruit. Everyone was very friendly and the setting is great. Be sure to have a rental car! The lodge is a very long walk from anything. "

Wish they had mosquito nets but did not get any bites during my stay as I had used the provided repellents. Staff was attentive at times but sometimes difficult to ask questions and get recommendations. "

"Lodge familial, acceuil et personnel très agréable. 2 bemols : propreté un peu limite dans la salle de bains et bruit du train la nuit. Excellente nourriture et prix des vins très raisonnable. Le guide à finalement donné beaucoup d'explications mais dans un anglais un peu difficile à comprendre. Il faudra ajouter 270 rands par jour et par personne pendant votre séjour, en plus de la suggestion des pourboires, 700 rands par jour et par personne ! "
