I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning."

"This hotel was right on the corner and easy to get to as well as parking was underground and convenient. We had two kids and the hotel set up two twin beds with a container of candy and a game for each kid. That was a very lovely touch. Rooms were not super spacious but it was clean and functional. Location was safe and good walking distance to the main touristy areas. There is also a Lidl and Mcdonalds a couple minutes walk away."

"The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all...

We struggled to get into the parking area as a service lorry and skip were obstructing the entrance. Very confusing as to where we should check in. Our main rooms were in the Best Western Building but everything else was in the Courtyard Marriot building.
