"Room was kept clean, as was the rest of the building. Access to the restaurant and bar was great. The hotel itself was also nearby lots of other places that was nice for our stay, such as other restaurants, the bus stop, grocery store and the beach. It was a nice place to stay away from the busyness of Edinburgh, but still access the city through a 20-30 minute but ride. Only negative was the mattress wasn't in amazing condition"

"The check-in process was easy and headache free. The breakfast/ kitchen team were kind and helpful. Note that breakfast closes 30 min earlier on weekdays vs weekends (1030 vs 11). The room itself was spacious with clean linens. No mini fridge or way to call front desk though. No outlets in the bathrooms, you have to blow dry your hair in the main room and the dryer is fused into the wall. The light next to the mirror was not operational. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff genuinely helpful. The manager assisted with luggage, provided us with helpful advice for our destination the following day, and was very attentive while also serving at the restaurant.
