"The grounds are breathtaking; a welcome refuge from crowded but lovely beach town. Room is a bit dated with minimal amenities. Tub/shower on our room was oddly elevated. Very clean, however. Nice breakfast and dinner on premises in dining room with old-world elegance. Spa amenities may be had. "

"Location was good for price, walk down to the beach is smooth on way up you feel it more as it is up hill and a few stairs. Well lit at night. Breakfast served which was good, staff super friendly however the area for breakfast was right near our room and walls were not sound proofed enough so got woken by the noise. Note no mini fridge in room it is a shared fridge."

"We had to spend €5 per towel and was not able to eat a single thing between 2pm and 7pm. Food was inedible and low quality. Super mass and the pool smelled funny. "

"Good : Excellent location! On the beach and near the old part. Parking is in the lot just by the hotel, & they give you a ticket to get out without paying. To improve : The pillow was too hard (and I like hard pillows)."

"Great location. Because the property is in the heart of the old city, parking and even getting luggage to the hotel is a potential issue. But the hotel provides a shuttle service (for a cost) to and from the remote parking area. Clean. Good hot water. Nice place"

"Hotellet var helt ok men upplever inte standard för 4 stjärnigt. Det är fuktskador i taken och gammal inredning. Annars fin utsikt mot havet och egen strand.Hotellet har absolut inga covid restriktioner och restaurangen är en stor smittorisk. Vi kom dit en fredag och det var så mycket folk ,hög musik som pumpade ur en trasig högtalare och en trasig mikrofon. Berusade människor som skrek och sjöng både o restaurangen och i poolen fick härja fritt utan någon tillsägelse. Avråder att resa dit om du...

"We only stayed for 1 night. This hotel is a top. I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place before. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room. Clean, spacious, modern, quite,... Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. Gym and spa we did not have time to use. I would Recommend to stay there. Water in the swimming could be a bit warmer thou. Great views. We loved it!!! "

"Beautiful relaxing resort out of the way. Most staff were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool area amazing. Shuttle into Cefalu is great except that the last return shuttle is at 6:30 which doesn’t help you get into town for dinner so we had to take taxis back. Lunch options by the pool were a little too fancy for our tastes. Cold pool, brrrr. "

"Seuls points positif : la situation de l'hôtel ''les pieds dans l'eau'' et les services rendus par la jeune fille de l'accueil qui d'ailleurs parlait. Points négatifs : la chambre (n°240) pas digne d'un 4 étoile, très petite et sans confort, sans aucune insonorisation, mobilier désuet, matelas sans âge, drap et intérieur des placards mal odorant. Le système d'évacuation d'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain était cassé et celui de la douche était bouché. Pas d'eau chaude à la douche et 2 ampoules...
