"I have been coming to this resort over 22 yrs. I normally come Sun-Thurs. We stayed Friday/Saturday night this visit. The resort must have been over booked. We were put in a wheel chair room which was ok except the shower flooded the floor in the bath. The one mat wasn't enough for the amount of water. The cleaning staff took the wet towels however, did not replace the mat. Shower on day two we had to use pool towels. Also, our beds weren't made and the trash taken (yet they took towels...

"Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were very helpful. Upon arrival I was able to check-in early. However, I was asked about noise due to construction. We had 2 French bulldogs with us. I thought we chose the room with less noise -we did not. Every morning we heard banging. It sounded like it was coming through the roof at one point. I inquired about a better view when we arrived. There wasn't a room available. I was told they would reach out to me the next day because there would be a room...
