"I enjoyed my stay here and the room was clean and quiet. There was a small issue with the first room and the staff were very accommodating and moved me the next day. "We had a family room and it was very clean and spacious. However our stay wasn’t so good here. Kids (aged 13 and 11) found the sofa bed not comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping. The cushions were too soft for us again affecting our sleep (although we didn’t request new ones) The room was too hot! The Air Conditioning was set on 18 but didn’t work that well. We called the reception for someone to check but she said no one was around to check and nothing she could do! Thankfully we were here only for a night!"

"Problems from earlier reviews seen to have been addressed. Desk is staffed (staff is very friendly and accommodating)so if you have trouble with online check in, you're covered. AC still doesn't exist in building A, get B or C if traveling in summer. Make sure you have a car if you plan to start here. "
