"Very nice place "

"A modern and beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant provided a large range of options for breakfast and we enjoyed two dinners there as well. The dinner menu was competitively priced and the meal portions were substantial. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre which was our preference as we were visiting areas away from the city. We think this added to the quiet atmosphere. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"Overall the hotel was clean, the the sofa it our room was worn and dirty. There was no AC but a fan was provided. Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff knew who we were as soon as my husband mentioned his food allergy and they were very accommodating. Finding the parking garage was a bit tricky the first night as it was dark and we were told it was behind the building next door. It was not. It was next door , but the entrance was at the front."

The hotel is typical for the region with the added benefit of offering its guests complimentary admission to the Chiemgau Thermen (a regional wellness center with pools, spa & sauna) which we were able to take advantage of. Breakfast was a normal offering and was complete. The staff were very lovely and eager to assist if needed. They have a good functioning restaurant on site if you would like lunch or dinner. Parking can be an issue if the hotel is full. If...

"The newly refreshed facilities felt very clean and modern. The breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed the sparkling wine and fresh raspberries. The place was worth every euro."

"Enjoyed our stay again at this hotel. The only complaint I have is about the coffee in the coffee machine. I understand that the coffee pods are expensive but to be told I would need to buy replacements was not nice . 4 pots were left for two people and we were staying for 6 nights. Very mean! Breakfast was good and reception was friendly. "

"Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept. "

"Our greatest disappointment was that this hotel was described as being air conditioned. We know from experience that the weather would be warm in the area in July, so it was a primary basis for our selection. We were passing through and not really there for the spa or amenities, which were fair compared to American standards but probably above average for German standards."

"Quirky but clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Could be improved if the rooms had a refrigerator and better ventilation - it was summer when we visited and the rooms remained warm at night."
