"Very nice hotel with lovely views of the river, pleasant staff and decent breakfast. While I very much appreciated a free room upgrade, there was a wedding party staying above/next to my room and the noise until 2am made for a poor night’s sleep - obviously not the hotel’s fault but perhaps ensuring business and leisure customers are kept as separate as possible would have minimised the disruption. Hopefully just a one-off and I would stay again. "

"Had an early flight and the hotel was less than 10 mins away. Gas/petrol station less than a minute down the street and just a convenient location. About 10 mins out is a shopping center so there are things to eat and buy. "

"This is one of our favourite hotels! This hotel has amazing amenities, rooms are so well appointed. The bed and bedding was so luxurious it was like sleeping on a cloud. The restaurant located in the hotel was also a 5⭐️. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were so gracious and helpful. If in Glasgow do not pass on this hotel. So close to all restaurants and shopping and felt extremely safe "

"Fantastic room with incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Blanche was an absolute standout and her friendly banter at breakfast was a highlight. Food was good too. Shame whirlpool was out of action at beginning of the stay but was repaired by time we left. The pool facilities can be busy as hotel is attached to a gym but still managed to get some lengths in. Although a bit further out from city centre with such frequent buses to town you don’t miss out and indeed get to enjoy some...

"The hotel is right in the middle of the city and looks on to the busy George Square. Despite this the hotel and rooms are quiet and very comfortable and really clean. Staff are lovely and friendly. Will be back again. "

"Very much appreciated the Executive suite in he afternoons--great place to stop in for munchies, a drink, and a wind-down. The only glitch was there was a sign that indicated pastries, etc. for a quick to-go breakfast in the mornings, but that was never there."
