"Excellent service from everybody and especially everybody on the reception desk. Very clean and well maintained property. Great location. Parking underground was great. The spa and thermal pool were excellent - if anything I would say if possible extend the hours that the spa can be used especially during the weekday. "

"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"The hotel isvery easy to gettofrom the A4 and the ring road to. Dont be put off that its close to the motorway and a big truck stop, you dont here it hardly at all. The only thing i would say to traveller from other countries is bring your power adapters. My room had not asingle USB socket apart from the tv. So be prepared for that. The restaurant served excellent food and the service was superb. The bathroom was great with a double length shower and everything you need except a tooth brush. I travelled there on my motorcycle and had no issues parking it or with security, but do lock it regardless "
