Despite my friendly hello and how are you ,no such response from reception . Your name Name . Show Passport . Breakfast times . Room number . . No usual niceties or friendliness at all . Shame as this affected my scoring of hotel . Been to many hotels all over Europe this year and this was the worst...

"رائع وجميل"

"Everything was modern and clean. Helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant / bar is great with fantastic views. Room was mainly really good but a few niggles, mainly around getting the air conditioning to work which was resolved at the second time of asking."

"Very large apartment, top notch, the location was also very convenient. Amazing breakfast!"

The hostess met the cab out at the street and helped with luggage. We had an early morning excursion and so they packed breakfast to go. In addition they made wonderful recommendations that made our trip that much better. The only thing I would note is there is no elevator so and spiral staircases so it may not be right for everyone. "Ontbijt opties zijn matig."

"Very good Hotel, strongly recommend."

"Camera piccola e l'abbiamo fatto cambiare perché la precedente era minuscola con volte basse quasi da sbattere la testa e claustrofobico. Colazione pessima per un italiano che preferisce la colazione dolce non c'era praticamente nulla. 4 stelle a questi prezzi anche no."
