He went above and beyond helping me with the situation. Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent. "The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. Front desk and your man (possibly Asian) went above and beyond. Highly recommend…!"

"Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. The views, spa and events were also faultless. It's the best hotel we have...

"First off, walked into our room and was greeted by an amazing view of the Alps which was even visible from the shower! The property was amazing, the restaurants superb and the staff were exceptional. My wife took full advantage of the Spa and heated pool while I was partial to the Skybar. The only thing we missed was air conditioning or maybe a ceiling fan but we were able to keep the balcony door cracked at night to get cool air. Overall its a minor complaint compared to all the positives this...
