"As it is out of town - there is no easy access to the railway station at Monopoli which meant an expensive taxi ride (30 Euros) each way. The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. Very few restaurants on site other than snacks being offered at the bar areas at certain times with a little cafe within walking distance out of the site. "The hotel is charming. Rooms are large, comfortable, well-maintained and clean. The staff was great. We would have liked clearer advance instructions about how to arrive with a car and unload luggage. The hotel is in a very car-restricted zone. GPS tells you "You've arrived" when you are outside the restricted area. To drive close, you have to navigate through pedestrians and sidewalk cafés. Also, while the breakfast buffet was lovely, the restaurant was closed during our 3-day stay."

"Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course."

"The property was awesome. We stayed 3 nights. Pool, Jacuzzi, chairs on the beach. Beautiful scenery. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Spa. They had cold plunge showers, hot showers, hot tub, steam rooms, sauna room, and lounge chairs to relax. They give you a bathrobe and slippers to use while in the spa. Very reasonably priced. We were hoping for a massage also, but the staff was booked for the few days we were there. So worth it to relax! The room were like bungalows, very roomy...
