We were able to see the beautiful grounds in the morning and it was fabulous. The breakfast was great and very good. "The Wilton Castle was fabulous! Very unique! Excellent place to stay! Beautiful, large and clean rooms! Loved soaking in the bath! (We booked the Furlong room.) So relaxing! Wished we stayed longer! Close drive to Enniscorthy for delicious dinner at Baileys. Your stay at Wilton Castle will not disappoint! Enjoyed every minute! "

"It is a beautiful, modern and relaxing hotel. The down points for me were that the bedrooms are far too hot with no air conditioning, the food was mediocre and very overpriced. €15 for a ham and cheese sandwich is outrageous. "

"What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend."

" luxury period house nice and comfortable. It is quite small and cosy But very very quite so guests tended to talk very low and the atmosphere was a bit stiff , nice to go if your looking for a bit of peace and quiet. The breakfast: I had pancakes off the hot food menu, they were inedible , soggy and burnt . continental buffet small but what was on offer was fresh. breads were not nice, cheap sliced pan toast, and plain soda bread , no other healthy options . No tea or coffee making facilities...
