"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. As the weather wasn’t favourable we decided to leave early and didn’t even stay for breakfast. There is a lot of potential for improvement it needs reinvestment and an update it’s in a wonderful place but needs to match that with amenities."

"Luxurious, authentic Japanese experience. Onsen(s) were a highlight, and food was of a much higher quality than the usual buffet standard."

"Love this place, so beautiful, Japanese style."

"Very beautiful hotel, dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. En-suite onsen was very relaxing. There was construction across the river from our onsen. The hotel can not help that but it affected our experience."

"Nuestro baño olia a pipi pero les dijimos y amablemente nos cambiaron de cuarto"

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever been. Beautiful place, service is outstanding, food incredible The plug pool inside the room is also incredible. Very well recommended"

"It has a quality 4-star feel. We did the 40-minute private onsen and had one in our room. The buffet, including all you can drink, had a good variety of Japanese and Western options. It’s close to the pirate ship and ropeway if interested. Otherwise, it’s remote, but that was important to us. We’ll be back."

"Thank you for the receptionist updated me to a big room for 2 nights, the room is huge and with an excellent view facing to the lake and mountains!"
