Der Automaten Check In hat Probleme mit Umlauten die telefonisch gelöst wurden. Klima-Anlage ist schlecht und laut. Kühlt nur nachts mit Austausch mit kühler Umgebungsluft. "Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated."

"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "
