"Beautiful historic hotel! Staff were helpful, room was cozy and well decorated, history was so interesting. Palace in arms was a great experience! Love the live piano in the lobby, wonderful memories made here."

"Stayed 4 nights for a work trip so I can’t comment on the amenities and really just slept there. Room was comfortable and I had no complaints. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. The restaurant, Fire, on the other hand, did not have great service. went to get a bite to eat before they closed; confirmed they were still serving food and it was ok if I sat outside. "My husband and I visited Denver for a football game, and to also celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting Denver again. The staff was very nice and helpful going and leaving offering us bottles of water as we left the hotel and when we returned to go back to our room. Everything was very clean and well kept."

"This hotel tell lacks amenities. Elevators need updated, hallways need carpet and paint, walls are very thin. Generally speaking, just an average hotel."

"The front desk receptionist was very helpful. He offered a discount if we ate at the hotel. Room was clean and the restaurant and bar staff were nice."

"No soap for your hands so bring your own. Besides that staff was helpful and sweet!"

"Very clean place, staff was nice and great hosts, especially the employee Shade, dude needs a raise lol"

"The bartender was great, he was knowledgeable about things to do and see not just in Golden but around the area. The lady (young girl) front desk, was very unfriendly and really acted like she hated her job. When we checked in we were told one thing about parking and everyday we were there it was an annoying situation to park. When we checked out they wanted to charge us for valet parking every day which we never did. Would I go back to Golden yes. But wouldnt stay there."
