"The hotel are rooms are good. Although it is located in an industrial area, it is safe. A lot of people in the road even around 8-9pm. A lot of shops and a big shopping mall are 5 minute walk."

"Very central to everything in Tsim Sha Tsui. It was comfortable enough to stay for an entire week. Bathroom had a tall, walk-in shower. Great views from the upper floors, too!"

"Cleaning is not that satisfactory. Carpet has dirts and need to clean up in every part of the hotel. Cleaners not well cleaned though beds are made and toilets cleaned - the desk top are not touched."

"Eaton is such a cool hotel. It’s very artsy. It’s near TST area. They have a dining hall with different food vendors. Their buffet is so good, filled with a variety of cuisines. Our family suite room on the 11th floor had a great view of the downtown HK. I loved it!"

"Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. In lieu of bottled water, they provide a water fountain on every floor which I liked. Got a room with great view on request. The only negative was a smelly shower curtain."
