"Having stayed at this hotel before, we knew it would be a good stay. The access to the freeway, central location and ease of parking makes it an easy choice. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. This visit we found the rooms bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. While evidence of the the previous person's breakfast was on the carpet....it was probably an oversight by housekeeping. Will plan to stay the next time we are visiting friends in the area. "

"Overall impressions of the hotel had the wow factor. The check in was straight forward, although the staff could have learned a smile! The room was really nice although no tea/coffee facilities. We were given 1 small carton of water. There was an event going on in the restaurant/bar area on the Thursday evening so we weren't able to go to the bar area, we were stopped by the front of house going through to buy water which was frustrating.
