Staff member made comments such as, “do not let this happen again.” “what are you thinking, no matter where you go you will not get a service like that from any accommodation.” “You’ve been here one night, no one is going to do that for you after one night at any accommodation.” I’ve stayed in previous accommodation where we’ve accidentally spilt something or needed extra this or that and they have been so understanding and accommodating....

"Clean and quiet"

"A nice property, clean and spacious with everything we needed fir a comfortable nights stay. The continental breakfast was very nice and excellent coffee! There is a brewhouse next door (through a pathway from the carpark) which served good food and ale! Our only little moan was how cold the room was, the heating didn't want to kick in, we stayed the tail end of winter and it was a chilly night but apart from that it was all good! "

"Cannot recommend Margaret River Guest House highly enough. So easy to check in. Hosts were just fabulous - thoughtful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Comfortable, warm rooms. Fire in the lounge room for the cold winter nights. Spectacular breakfast, and excellent coffee (that’s saying something for this ex-Melbourne coffee snob!). Will definitely be back! "

"We stayed four nights in “Jewel”, a beautifully appointed one bedroom cottage set amongst natural bushland on the property. Check in / check out was super easy, if needed the hosts were available and easy to contact. The cottage was clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing, uncomplicated getaway. Perfectly located between Cowaramup and Margaret River making it easy to get out and about to explore everything the region has to offer. Highly recommend and would definitely...
