"we where offered another room, both drains where 90% blocked, very helpfull and cleaned filter of shower, worked good, put strong products in both pipes or drains, worked OK the next day...we where eating twice, thursday in the bar, with dogs running around...NOT in a place where you eat...sorry...saturday in the resto, but for the second time rock hard brocolli on my plate...but repeat, breakfast staff, reception staff very helpfull and very nice people....good stay but for a dogfriendly...
"I booked here for hotel only on my way through town.
For the rates they charge it was not what I was expecting, it fell flat for me.
I wasn't allowed to use the pool, staff were dragging bins outside of my window loudly until 10:45pm.
My view was bins. I was told the only rooms with a view were the cottages.
The room was mediocre, it was clean but basic.
The service in the restaurant was great, the food was okay but nothing extraordinary.
A heads up you might expect a bit more for the cost...
"All the doors including interior doors had auto closers so they would slam close. The bathroom was muggy and moldy because you couldn’t leave it open to air out"
"The property was idyllic! A cottage on a hill with a spectacular view. Cows mooing in the evening and morning. Very quiet country road. Close to Giant Causeway and Carrick-a-rede rope bridge.
Also very close to Ballycastle so easy to get groceries for you.
The instructions left for guests were also very clear and covered the operation of showers, hot water etc
Highly recommend!"
"We had a wonderful stay here, the apartments are in an ideal location, right in the centre of Cushendall and walking distance to everything. Our apartment was on the first floor with an outdoor balcony area. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a few nights or a longer stay. We really enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend and will be back."
"This place is AMAZING! The views and location were wonderful. Everything you would need for a stay. I only wish we stayed longer. I made friends with the cows, Enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise. There’s even a CASTLE, just a few minutes walk down by the ocean. Nan, the host, even stopped and said hello before we left."
