"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"Hotel located in a convenient location, next to the train station (city center walkable in 7 mn). Renovations in progress but not noisy, and the new rooms are very nicely decorated, with great amenities such as pillow mist! Great fresh and complete breakfast buffet, delicate attentions such as maccarons & detox water at the front desk. Nice staff."

"It's the Steamship Rotterdam... a really special surprise for my family... I told them I booked a hotel.... and only when we turned the corner dit it click that this huge ship was our hotel... Super short stay, next time a longer visit to Rotterdam. Pity that it doesn't really have good transport (frequent) to Rotterdam and the Ahoy...I had to take the car.. otherwise would have been too late for the show."

"This is a great hotel, nice and quiet Beautiful lobby, the staff is friendly and cooperative It is not walkable to any shopping nearby. You need a car to go anywhere from this hotel because it’s kind of secluded. The carpet in the hallway from the elevator to room is dated and has spots and a little smell. Other than that it’s a great hotel. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable even the pillows were good which is hard to find in a hotel. I like the self service shop in the lobby for any...

"Great hotel, very attentive and pleasant staff. Room was very clean and nice, beds super comfortable. Washroom was clean and well designed. Main train station is only 20min walk away. Cons: not convenient to get to due to the construction around it. Not close to any food/restaurants, 15min walk minimum to any food/stores."
