"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "

"Very nice property for the money, breakfast buffet was only 11E. Bed & pillows soft and comfortable. Just stayed for the night so we didn’t take advantage of the pool, and the ferry to the beach. Wish we had more time. Only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy, no a/c available due to cool temps outside. No room fan was available either due to it being late when I called the front desk. "

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"Only stayed at the property for one night and for the first time. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel was maintained very well and clean. The hotel style is older, 1970’s charm. The views from the room were over the town of Ayamonte, and Vila Real de Santo António across the river in Portugal. Great views of the Bridge as well. "Good service at check=in -- very helpful staff, with the little English they spoke. Nevertheless, they did their best to help us. Plenty of free parking, but the breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. "
