"We only stayed one night in anticipation of our return flight the next day, however we were able to observe the professionalism and courtesy of the employees. The hotel, the room, the meals and the shuttle service were beyond our expectations for the price."

"Gorgeous hotel set in the most amazing gardens, with lovely staff. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, plenty of sun beds available. We booked a classic standard room for 7 nights, it was perfect for us, spacious with a very comfy double bed and en-suite modern shower room. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cereals, pastries and some hot food, sausages, eggs etc. The hotel provide a free shuttle service at certain times of the day to the train station and if you call them when you leave Venice they will pick you up too. Times of trains are available from reception. Trains are regular and easy to use, we visited Venice and Verona during our stay. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant, the food and service was 5 star. We also had a few evening meals at Madly, a 15 minute walk from the hotel and this was very good also. We loved this hotel, it is looked after beautifully by wonderful staff who take good care of their guests."

"I stayed three nights. The free parking wasn’t an issue most of the days. However in my last day the free parking was full, so I had to park on the far side of the building which had a sign “municipal parking” and “no parking after 22:00” however later I moved my car when a space opened up later in the evening."

"Clean and easy check-in. Only a minute walk to the bus stop that takes you down to the center -about 7 miles- where you can catch water taxi’s, gondola rides, and walk the beautiful canals and bridges. The restaurant was delicious and service was great. "
