"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely felt like a luxury staying here and it’s very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel. "I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away.
