"The room was clean but every early morning for some unknown reason the smoke alarm would beep like the battery was low but during the day no issue. The staff tried to help with this issue but again it was only happening like early morning around 3 or 4. Other than that staff was good. We attempted to order in room dining service and the restaurant told us they were super busy call back in 10 to 15 mins. They didn't have enough staff to support the hotel and the restaurant."

"We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so."
