"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"Richtig gut fand ich die Größe unseres Apartments. Auch die Küche sehr geräumig. Hier könnte die Ausstattung besser sein. Z.B. mehr Gläser und Besteck wären super. "The staff was very rude and not helpful"

"Great location and service was exceptional. The room was wonderful!"

The bathroom floor was so dirty I wiped white residue off with my finger. The glass shower door was chipped and unsafe, the seals had mold, the towel bar fell off...

"Accueil exemplaire avec instruction extrêmement clair pour le stationnement. Literie exceptionnelle la chambre très très propre. 10/10"

"Clean, modern hotel in a good location on the golden mile. Rooms are spacious. Comfy bed. The breakfast was lovely. Lovely clean pool and comfy sunloungers. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good value hotel."
