"The staff were very helpful and patient, and the hotel was clean and smelled great. The location was exceptionally convenient for my early flight the next morning, and the early morning airport shuttle was a fantastic bonus.
I also appreciated the location, close to the airport and the rental cars."
"The Oporto Hotel in Porto was a very nice stay. The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is ideal if you're flying in or out, as it's close to the airport. It's also easy to get into the city centre: just cross the road and you can catch transport straight in.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was good too, and a great way to start the day before heading to the airport."
"All was good with the room except we really struggled with the air conditioning. It seems that the air turns off when you leave the room since you take the key which shuts off the AC. The force of air was not enough for the room to get cool, even overnight. Staff was excellent."
"Stayed 8 nights in September and was extremely happy. The Staff was super friendly, everything was very clean, good breakfast. The downfall would be that there is no private parking but plenty of options. You can bring the car to the front door to load and unload but just can't park there. There's the casino parking which is right there.
The town is amazing, relaxing, beach across the street, walk and bike path, restaurants and everything you would want at a vacation or just passing by.

"This is a convenient, functional, good value budget hotel in a great location very near to the airport.
There are limited food options nearby however Norte Shopping Centre is about 20 minutes away by tube and has an immense array of different food options.
The breakfast provided by the hotel wasn’t suitable for my dairy intolerance but was practical and convenient for those with no allergies. My husband said the ham and cheese sandwiches were very good.
The bed was comfortable and the airport...
"My room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time which was gross as it was supposedly a non- smoking property. Also the furniture in the room has stains that made me put a towel on them before I sat down. On the plus side- the staff was very kind and helpful."
"Truly should be a 5 star hotel. Extremely clean property, very helpful staff, a good breakfast buffet that is included and extremely large rooms all at a fair price."
"All the staff, without fail, were absolutely lovely. The property was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect (within easy walking distance of all attractions). It was one of the nicest small hotels I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. We were on holiday to celebrate a major anniversary and the staff gave us a charming surprise. I would totally recommend the hotel."
"Clean, comfortable room, enjoyed the bath tub, great location just off the camino. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We would book again."
"Hotel de cadena no ofrece trato personalizado, la piscina siempre estuvo llenísima , para descanso y simple paso ese hotel estará bien, igual si alguna familia va con niños también estará bien, el resto , en mi concepto, si se busca tranquilidad y poco ruido , esta propiedad no será la mejor."
"We stayed here while walking the camino. We had walked 30 km and coming to the hotel was so relaxing after a long day. Using the indoor pool and then the bathtub in our room was very soothing for tired muscles. The room and bed was very comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was very convenient to the camino trail. My only complaint is that when we went to try the restaurant for dinner, we were turned away and told we had to have a reservation. When I looked...
