Unser Aufenthalt im Aquaviva in Desenzano am Gardasee war leider enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind an vielen Stellen abgenutzt, und auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.
Der Spa-Bereich konnte ebenfalls nicht überzeugen: Er ist sehr alt, eher klein und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr den heutigen Erwartungen an einen...
"We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. "This is a very well appointed hotel right on the edge of Lake Garda, set in the heart of Torbole. It is a great base to explore the area from, there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and the ferry stops a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is very comfortable, the staff are lovely and it has excellent facilities. Breakfast over looking the lake is a real treat. I would recommend eating there for an evening meal at least once.
