"Line backed up to the door to check in at 4 o clock and didn’t get checked in til 445, “system issues” apparently making us late/miss out on the reason we traveled so far to stay there. Staff just gives you the run around. Piss all over the floor in the lobby bathroom like abunch of 5 year olds had used every bathroom. Stayed at a Marriott the night before in a different city and it was incredible for 1/3 of the price. Wouldn’t recommend the Hyatt to an exhausted traveler desperately seeking...

"Room was semi clean window had smudges and handprints all over it and the room also hand a weird smell. No mini fridge or microwave, come on guys. Breakfast was only so so and they wanted $19 for it. No silverware on the table or easily found either. Only stayed one night, it was ok"

"The elevator was out of service our entire stay. Wednesday to Sunday. Using the service elevator or taking the stairs. Not ideal. Our room was missing a trash can, toilet paper, ice bucket. We were given an ice bucket from the banquet center and then the ice machine didn’t work. We didn’t get service to our room for 2 days. When we finally did, it was half assed. The toilet and floor weren’t cleaned, they took the hand soap then didn’t replace with another one. Certain employees were great...

"You're paying for location. Valet was unavailable, and self parking is a nightmare. Upon check-in, my room wasn't available. It was stated it would be a hour later than the 4:00 pm check in time. Fortunately, I was able to placed in a room sooner. However, it was not the room I booked. The shower was stopped up, and the room wasn't as clean as I expected. "
