"Hotel safe was not working when I checked in. This should be have been checked before a hotel guest checks in. Spent an hour waiting for this to be resolved. There should be a shuttle bus to the Wuxi Train Station. "

"Pros: Great breakfast and service. Concierge was very helpful. Hotel was close to the venue but nothing else. Cons: bed is extremely hard with resultant poor sleep. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass! Even with the blinds drawn, you can still see into the shower from the bedroom. (Very strange). Coffee was terrible. My AC didn’t work and front desk only offered an apology. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and everything was very good. I really enjoyed the noodle soup. There is a huge mall within a short walk with lots of restaurants and food choices. I would happily stay here again!"

"Recommended, the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The service is also very good. The only cons is probably it's location which is situated in the middle of industrial area, thus the nearest shopping center is about 15-20 mins walking distance."

Good location - eateries are of walking distance, an international church nearby the eateries, 1 supermarket next to Modena (till 9pm) and another smaller one near the eatery Square (24 hr). "We needed a hotel near the airport, and this one was only about 20 minutes away. The internet was terrible. The staff were helpful, but their English was not very good as few foreigners stay there. The lobby is gorgeous, the breakfast was good. There are some good local restaurants a few blocks away. We had a bathroom with a window, but it had a shade for privacy."
