"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. "BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel.
