"arrived but they didn't have action bedded room & according to them were fully booked so ended up with another single bed in the lounge of the suite ..room on 1st floor was noisy so was the air conditioning, basic furniture and condition is a bit dated , breakfast was very basic .."

We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English. "A lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. Reception staff were excellent and check in and out very smooth. The room was small and with a small window but with a good view. Unfortunately the aircon was blowing hot but this was quickly remedied once reported. Cafeteria was superb for dinner outside."

"The property is an old mansion turned in the hotel. Location is terrible in the middle of nowhere, the restaurant is nice, downstairs sitting area is nice, but… no elevator, it’s dark to get up the wooden stairs and you have to look for switch to continue the climb. The room is small, sparse and stuffy. No screen on the window , so when we had to open the window in order to breathe, we were bitten by mosquitoes. I didn’t sleep at all. No coffee station or kettle in the room. Wasted money"

A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with.
