They have shuttles that pick you up and drop you off at the port, which is the centralized location for anywhere you want to start your day/night. There you can catch a taxi any other place. Anna welcomed us like we were her family and made us feel so taken care of. She showed us a map of the island and gave us recommendations of what to do for the 24 hours we were on the island.
