"The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the train station and in easy walking distance of the city centre. It is a little outdated and could do with modernisation. The room we had was lovely and big, but the corner bath was difficult to get in and out of to use the shower. Our biggest issue was the noise from the housekeeping staff, despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door one morning, they were talking loudly, using mobile phones and banging about right outside our door, even...

We were able to check in early and the room was set up perfectly for our needs. Good location for all transport and easy walk to all attractions in town. "The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly, the front desk staff was okay, some were nice and some had a bad attitude. There is a party by the pool area almost every night, it didn’t bother us as much since we went to sleep late anyways but I could see it being a bit frustrating for people who need the quiet to sleep. They do have nicer rooms that further away from the main pool which can provide additional privacy and quietness....
