"I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "

"We arrived late and just wanted to get our room and sleep. Night clerk was indifferent at best, no information on hotel amenities, breakfast times, Wi-Fi etc… We were in Fiuggi for a romantic weekend. The room did not add to that. The breakfast buffet is richly garnished. The evening food lacked consistency. The hotel and restaurant is used by tourist groups. There is no alternative restaurant nearby. Free parking is available. Next to the hotel is a small shop selling food produced by local farmers. "
