"A nice hotel in a good location, with friendly staff too. Although, I paid a high rate for my stay and was disappointed that I was unable to use any of the facilities without paying even more. The breakfast was also another €15 euros per day. "

"Super résidence et appartement. Juste une petite déception car le lac présenté sur une des photos n est plus un lac de baignade. Pas de plage aménagée"

"Hôtel Exceptionel. Emplacement génial. Sejour en été pour nous c'est au top avec les possibilités de rando trail et VTT autour. Dîner et petit déjeuner exceptionel personnel au top"

"Room was good but not soundproofed and we barely got any sleep. Beautiful hotel and location though. With amazing views. "

"Appartements confortables, propre et bien équipés. Résidence de standing propre et bien équipée."

When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...

"Great hotel is located on a piazza with various shops, restaurants and facilities, 5 minute walk from the lifts/slopes. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast. Great accommodation and facilities for a fair price."
