"Once inside the hotel bedroom things were fine; the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, ours had a lovely view out across the river. Despite initial problems with our booking (a lot of confusion due to a mix up of duplicate surnames) the reception staff were apologetic and all turned out well in the end. Alleen het enige min punt vonden wij dat er niemand was die Nederlands of Engels sprak. Ook de menu kaart alles in het Frans. Dat kan toch anders…"
