"You get what you pay for in india . At the same time, this place didn’t even offer a bar of soap in the bathroom, nor any towels. For a blanket at night i used 2 thin beach towels . Not to mention that my room had the scent of a sewer at 2 in the morning "

"Was a good size room but I did request a room with a safe and then had to wait four hours in the room for a safe to be delivered, first half of my day ruined, I pressed the button for cleaner required that lights up in the hallway outside the door but after three days no one had to come so I physically went and got a cleaner from another room and asked them for some green towels the bins to be emptied the floor to be cleaned, et cetera et cetera, I only booked the hotel because it had a pool...

"Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents ."

"Great location in Fort Kochi. Walking distance to all the historical sites. The staff were very helpful and the hotel offered complimentary short (60 minutes) heritage walking tour and a Tuk-Tuk transport tour (2 hrs). It's the perfect place for a stay in Fort Kochi."

"Everything about Ginger House Museum is wonderful. The staff are amazing, the rooms are spectacular and they make you feel so welcome and at home. "

"No free breakfast even though I paid for Did not clean the room or provided towels even though I stayed two nights"

"Clean room ,easy check in. However they did not honor free breakfast included with expedia booking, saying that it has to be purchased separately. Misleading as I booked the hotel because of breakfast included option as I prefer easy mornings."

"Reasonable, could be better if they has a safe in the room"
