"I had an absolutely horrible experience. The gate was not open. The taxi driver took me to the hotel right across from the entrance and that hotel said this one had not been open for over a year. I cannot get them to answer the phone or return my emails. I put in a cancellation and a report with Hotels.com to refund my money. However, I was still charged. I will fight it with my credit cards. They said they had to verify the information because check-in was not until two. However, it did not say...

"What a delightful treat to stay at this property. It was a perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend. The breakfast was amazing. Views-stunning! Spa services were a bonus and the Baia di Sorgeto was a wonderful surprise as well. Restaurants and thermal pools on site made it easy to not have to venture too far and just relax. Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. I would love to return someday."

"This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to port, shops, restaurants, buses etc. Lots to see and do in the area. Hotel needs major upgrades, and regular cleaning. Another couple was also talking about how dirty the pool area was - from mold at the pool edges, hair clumps in and around the pool - it was not clean. Rooms were noisy with people throughout the night and day in the halls. Some tile patching was done in the bathrooms, but there was also holes still in the walls and a stain...

"Hotel Boutique Ideal exceeded all expectations! If there is any question about booking, JUST DO IT! I truly do not even know where to begin with how amazing Paola and Dario are. Dario picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off, which was so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, even welcoming us with a beautiful upgraded room and champagne for our honeymoon! Dario gave us the best dinner recommendation, and they were both always around to provide help on things...
