"Excellent location, convenient parking, accommodating staff and impressive breakfast spread."

"Beautiful palace, well kept. The downside is to get there with all the construction and restoration"

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel...

"The lady at the front desk was acceptable very accommodating"

"Perfect for the morning train The beds where a little hard And street noise was there But Honestly I would. Book there again and again"

"This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds. "

"Great location in the heart of Ascoli, and a hotel with character and spacious well equipped rooms."

"Una location incredibilmente accogliente e completa fi tutto il necessario per garantire un soggiorno da sogno. "

"Lovely hillside location with beautiful views. Restaurant had a very nice selection and food was great. Breakfast instead was quite average. The hotel is fairly old so rooms are quite dated, but we enjoyed the stay nonetheless. "

"Lovely hotel and nice staff. Also restaurant food is very good."

"Cute place near the beach. Would recommend it "

"Excellent "

"Struttura buona , pulita , accogliente. Causa distanziamento COVID colazione con servizio e ristorazione abbastanza scadente "

"Molto bene, fortunati con il tempo. Splendide passeggiate sulla spiaggia e una meravigliosa ciclabile lungo la costa con cui puoi raggiungere altre interessanti località. Puoi dimenticarti la macchina o visitare luoghi caratteristici nell'interno.... un soggiorno adatto per farti dimenticare il caos della città."
