"We were a bit disappointed with this hotel. We were greeted politely and the lobby was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the room was quite different. Spacious but dated. There was no air conditioning and it was very warm. We opened a window and found the curtain torn and ratty. The bed was fine but only 2 old pillows. The rug was stained by the garbage can and desk area. The amenities were less than expected in a 4 star hotel- only a hand and body wash. I would classify this as a basic 3...
