"The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit. We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace. Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough. Thank you for our wonderful city break. "

"Interesting place- lots to like, but not the "Zen Spa" experience expected. Still very enjoyable. The drive from LPA was pretty easy for a US driver - I wouldn't shy away from renting a car - it was a straight and easy ride. I parked on the street, no issue there. Room was super clean, lovely view, comfortable, Netflix on TV. No wash cloths. Shower was nice, great shampoos and plentiful amenities. There were 2 bottle of water in the mini-fridge but they were not replenished, a little stingy...

"Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and plenty of bars and lovely restaurants can be found nearby. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately the guests in the room above ours were noisy and showed no consideration to other guests. They were contacted by reception however the noise continued. This is no fault of the hotel but spoiled our experience. "

"Liked the modern room and quirky shower! Staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Due to cancelled flight there was quick availability. Disliked the lifts weren’t up to standard and the fact I got soaked in the night in bed due to a leak in the roof all we got was an apology with no compensation offered. "

"Wonderful setting, great spa with part of pool outside overlooking the valley. Very varied breakfast and dinner was good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
